UBC has secured its reputation for building excellent homes by undertaking private home building projects through our own JV partnerships, and by building for private developers. Both routes have resulted in many acclaimed developments.

The Company has produced a wide range of high specification properties, ranging from starter homes through to executive villas. Within this portfolio are developments which include award winning turf roofed cottages, Canadian 'Super E' clean air homes and a development of 158 private homes described by the Civic Trust as "a model development".

Operating under a strong team ethos, building long-term links with designers and supply- chain partners, we are adept at working with private land owners on the creation and delivery of highly desirable properties in attractive and imaginative developments.
