In the last five years we have delivered an enviable portfolio of projects for major regional and national housing associations. These projects involved the construction of more than 420 units with an aggregate value of over £40M.

We are adept at delivering design and build projects for housing associations. With our substantial experience and an understanding of the Variable Needs guidance we are able to ensure that quality, energy efficiency and sustainability standards are achieved ensuring the client is always satisfied.

In addition to producing new build properties, UBC has a breadth of experience undertaking refurbishment contracts including multiple re-roofing works and full interior works from insulation to bathroom replacements.

The company's reputation for providing a quality product has led to its successful inclusion on the "Framework for Five Housing Associations", an initiative led by the main Housing Associations in the North of Scotland.
