Environmental Management

UBC Group strives to undertake its business in a manner that meets the ethical, legal, commercial and public expectations that society has of our industry. We actively encourage all sites to minimise and segregate waste, record site water usage, minimise carbon footprint, and encourage transport sharing for all site operatives.

We seek to minimise waste through better utilisation of raw materials, energy and water, increased use of renewable, reusable or recycled materials and Site Waste Management Plans where applicable.

To help us continue to meet and possibly exceed these expectations, we participate in the Considerate Constructor Scheme and are committed to the Scheme's 'Code of Considerate Practice'.

Our system has been developed towards meeting the ISO 14001:2004 accreditation.
