Our People

With our roots as a family business from a small island community we genuinely have our people at the heart of everything we do. Our organisation has been built on the commitment, hard work and dedication of each and every individual and we strive to ensure we offer support and encouragement to all.

Each division is headed by its own experienced managing director who are supported by the Chief Executive and the Finance Director and in turn have a team of extremely capable operational staff. The team in each division include estimators, project managers, site managers, supervisors and surveyors who in turn rely on the site based team of skilled tradesmen and operatives to deliver quality projects safely, on time and to budget.
