UBC Group Appoint Land Director Designate
Andrew Wilson, formerly the head of Ryden Property Consultant’s Inverness office, has started work with the UBC Group as the company's Land Director Designate. His responsibilities include identifying and securing residential and commercial development opportunities for UBC throughout all its operational areas and ensuring their successful delivery.
Welcoming Andrew to the company, James Pedrana, Chief Executive of the UBC Group, said: “I am delighted to have Andrew join us as Land Director Designate. Andrew has a proven track record of achieving successful property deals and brings a wide range of experience and skills which will enable UBC to achieve our development objectives, not only here in the highlands, but also in the central belt.”
Andrew added: “The UBC Group is one of the region’s most progressive and respected construction companies. I am delighted to join this ambitious, growing company and have a key role in taking forward its development ambitions.”
Andrew is native to the Highlands and a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor. He started his career with surveying firm Graham & Sibbald before moving to the Highland Council’s property service department. Four years ago he left the Council and established Ryden’s successful Inverness office.
As Land Director Designate for UBC Group he works from the company's Inverness office, but he has a remit that extends from the Western Isles to central Scotland.
