approach. UBC have that team, ensuring we find the clearest and often, as is required, most innovative
route through the various stages of a contract. This approach has helped us establish lasting relationships
with individual clients and allowed us to Joint Venture with other major companies.

Our Development Director is vital at the development stage of each contract. Working closely with the
Chief Executive and Managing Director of each Division, the development director is key to identifying and
securing residential  and commercial opportunities for the UBC Group throughout Scotland.
