Angus has a wealth of knowledge in Health, Education, Rail, Retail, Commercial, and industrial projects ranging through traditional, partnering, negotiated, design and build procurement routes. He has worked extensively with PFI/PPP and was responsible for Carillion’ educational PFI portfolio in Scotland.
Angus has over 18 years of experience in the management and operational delivery of construction projects throughout the UK, working with major contractors including HBG, Skanska, and Carillion.
Angus’ previous role as managing director of the Construction Executive at Robertson Group involved him in the monitoring, support, and development of six regional construction businesses with a combined turnover of £160m.
Neil Crossan has over 20 years experience of marketing within the construction and property industries. Initially in recruitment, he helped set up the largest construction based recruitment consultancy in Scotland. Over this period he has developed an extensive network of contacts and has utilised these to create opportunities for UBC throughout Scotland.
