Iain Sutherland, joined the UBC Group in 2004, having joined the Company from the construction division of the Stewart Milne Group. Iain is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He has worked on a large variety of projects over the years and has held managerial positions with other major construction companies. Iain has great experience of Project Management - much of that expertise was gained working on PFI contracts in the north east of Scotland. Iain was recently promoted from Commercial Manager to Area Director UBC North. 
Andrew's responsibilities include identifying and securing residential and commercial development opportunities for UBC throughout all its operational areas and ensuring their successful delivery.
Andrew is native to the Highlands and a qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor. He started his career with surveying firm Graham & Sibbald before moving to the Highland Council’s property service department. Four years ago he left the Council and established Ryden’s successful Inverness office.
