UBC undertake every type of building and civil engineering project by working together with like-minded companies who have complimentary resources and skills. This allows us to co-operate across organisational boundaries to compete effectively for projects which we could not undertake individually.

The advantage to our clients is that the additional overheads of a main integrating contractor are avoided, and there is much closer interaction between the client and the team carrying out the work. The advantage to UBC and our supply chain is that new areas of business open up in joint venture, yet we can continue to compete individually where there is no benefit to be gained be being part of a larger grouping.
